I picked this up mostly because I wanted something relaxing after work, for that purpose it did the job. Once I got into the rhythm, it was calming and helped me switch off, which is really what I was looking for. That said, I don’t think I’m being too picky by saying some parts felt a bit fiddly and slower than they needed to be. It’s not bad at all, just not something I’d call amazing. More of a decent, relaxing experience with a few frustrating little moments

I was disappointed with the canvas I got from Numberartist. It felt thin and flimsy like something that would bend too easily and not something I’d be excited to hang on my wall.

The surface had a few little dents and the print didn’t look smooth either. For the price I expected a lot better and the corners weren’t stretched nicely so the whole thing just looked cheap in person. Maybe mine was just a bad one but I wouldn’t order again

It showed up later than expected, which was a bit annoying, but overall it was still okay. A friend had recommended it to me, so I decided to give it a try anyway, and I’d say it was decent enough in the end.

I don’t know, I was expecting it to have more detail or just feel more put together maybe. The result was really basic and kind of like it was done fast, not in a good way. It also felt generic to me, so yeah, I probably wouldn’t order it again.

Ordering from Numberartist was simple. Clear options. No confusing steps. Checkout went through without any problems too. My only small complaint is that I wish the confirmation email had shown up a little faster.

I really liked the idea behind this and it actually reminded me of something my cousin had recommended a while back. That said, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, so the overall experience wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped.

The kids seemed into it at first, and I’ll admit it was kind of fun for a little while. But the excitement faded fast and the whole family lost interest sooner than I expected...

It literally arrived later than the time that was shown, which was frustrating.

I felt like the price was fair for what I got. Nothing really to complain about. I remember checking it right after lunch with a coffee in my hand, and it seemed like a decent buy without overthinking it...

Overall, I think the experience was good, but one detail seemed a bit off to me. I’m not totally sure if it was a big deal or just something I noticed, but it did stand out a little. Still, everything else was mostly fine.

I’ll admit I was a little nervous ordering this because I’ve been fooled before by kits that look complete online and then show up missing half the stuff. But this one actually came with pretty much everything I needed, which was a big relief. The canvas, paints, brushes, and guide were all included, and the paint pots were sealed with the numbers matching up fine. I do wish they had included one extra super tiny brush because some of the small sections are kind of a pain. Overall though, it felt complete and was easy to start right away. Not perfect, but for the price I’m happy with it...

The print showed up in good shape, which was a relief because I always get nervous about corners getting bent in the mail. I don’t know why, but I’ve had the worst luck with packages lately, even a cookbook once arrived looking like it had been through a wrestling match. Anyway, this one was wrapped well and the print itself was totally fine with no bent corners. The outer box did have a small dent, but nothing inside was damaged. I’d probably suggest adding just a little more padding next time, but overall I’m happy with how it arrived

At first my order had an issue and I was kind of annoyed about it, not gonna lie. I reached out to support and they did get back to me and fixed everything. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, so that’s why I’d say 4 stars, but in the end the problem was solved and I’m happy with how it turned out

The paint was kind of mixed for me. Some of the colors went on really smoothly and looked great right away, but a few were super thin and needed way more layers than I expected. I was just painting along like, okay, this is fine, and then suddenly I’m on coat number five wondering what I did to deserve this. It did work out in the end, but it definitely took more time and patience than I planned for. Not terrible, just not amazing either.

I had a small issue with my order, nothing too major, but still something I needed help with. I reached out to customer support and was happy with how quickly they got back to me. The person I dealt with was polite, easy to talk to, and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated or dragged out. There wasn’t a ton of unnecessary back and forth, which I really appreciated, and they were able to get it sorted out without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. It wasn’t a completely perfect experience, since obviously having an issue in the first place isn’t ideal, but overall I walked away feeling like they handled it well. I’d say it was a good experience in the end.

The steps were definitely clear, like, there was absolutely no confusion at all. I knew exactly what to do the whole time. It was just a little slow getting through everything, but overall it worked fine.

I felt let down after finishing this. To be fair, I know these kinds of projects won’t always look exactly like the preview, and from across the room it’s not the worst. But the colors came out a lot duller and muddier than the picture shown before ordering, and some parts looked oddly blocky, especially around the face. I put a lot of time into it, so it was frustrating to end up with something I don’t really want to hang up. Maybe someone less picky would be okay with it, but up close it just doesn’t look good to me.

I used this once and the brushes started fraying right away , which made the small detailed areas look messy . The paint itself was fine , so that part wasn’t the problem . I just got really annoyed with the brushes and wish they held up better ...

i tried uploading my picture a few times, but it either froze or told me the file was wrong. it finally went through after i resized it myself. the site looks fine overall, but that part was frustrating and took way longer than it should have.

I was really hoping to love this, but the custom portrait just didn’t look like the person in the photo. The face shape was off, and the eyes didn’t match much at all. it kind of looked like a totally random person, which was disappointing. I expected it to be better, especially since it was supposed to be custom
